Ingredients for Fried Chicken with Paprika

Rooster:

  • 1 Rooster (room temperature)
  • 1 Tbsp paprika powder, candy
  • 3 yellow peppers
  • 3 orange peppers
  • 2 tbsp thyme sprigs for filling
  • 2 Tsp sea salt
  • 2 Biocitrons
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Garlic bulbs
  • 150 ml dry white wine
  • 250 ml rooster soup
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • Salt

Gnocchi:

  • 800 g floury potatoes
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 g butter
  • 120 g flour, common + flour for dusting
  • Salt, black pepper from the mill

How to make Fried Chicken with Paprika

  1. Rinse rooster chilly and pat dry. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (high/backside warmth, 190 °C recirculated air).
    Combine the paprika powder, thyme leaves, and sea salt in a bowl and rub the rooster with half of the combination, put aside the remainder. Wash lemons scorching, rub dry, and reduce into quarters. Fill the rooster with the lemon wedges and the thyme sprigs and tie the legs along with kitchen twine.
  2. Clear the peppers and reduce them into columns about 3 cm extensive. Reduce garlic bulbs crosswise in half.
